Agencies are under increasing pressure to deliver more, faster, with fewer resources. This year’s fifth annual Web Agency Summit, running April 7-11, is stepping in with a fresh program built to help agencies scale smart.
“Agencies are being asked to do more with less—faster. So we focused on topics that help teams scale smart: automation, AI, community as a growth engine, and simplifying the chaos. It’s all about working on the agency, not just in it,” said organizer Vito Peleg, co-founder and CEO of Atarim.
The free virtual event brings together agency owners and digital professionals for five days of expert-led sessions featuring speakers from Canva, Smashing Magazine, Typeform, and more. Attendees can expect actionable insights on AI-driven UX, automation, and community-building to help agencies thrive in 2025 and beyond.
Since its launch in 2020 as a response to the pandemic, the Web Agency Summit has evolved into a must-attend experience for digital professionals looking to optimize workflows, future-proof their businesses, and grow with intention.
Last year, more than 10,000 people tuned in to the virtual event. This year, organizers are aiming for 15,000.
“We kept it real. It’s built by agency owners for agency owners. No fluff—just actionable insights, raw conversations, and a community that genuinely wants to grow together. That’s what kept people coming back,” said Peleg.
Deep dives, big names
This year’s program will cover topics like AI-driven UX, automation, scaling high-value clients, building community, and more.
Confirmed speakers include names from some well-known companies in tech and digital innovation:
- Céline Riemenschneider, Creators Community Lead at Canva, who will share tactics on building loyal communities that drive real business growth.
- Vitaly Friedman, co-founder of Smashing Magazine, who will explore cutting-edge UX strategies for AI-driven interfaces in his session, Design Patterns for AI Interfaces in 2025.
- Dimitra Papastathi, Principal Brand Designer at Typeform, will guide agencies on crafting visually compelling and cohesive brand experiences to stand out in a competitive digital landscape.
Other confirmed speakers include Rachael Silvano (Community Operations Manager at Zapier), Adam Warner (Director of Field Marketing at GoDaddy), Hadas Golzaker (Head of Brand at Freemius), and Alec Kremins (Partnerships Manager at beehiiv). More speaker announcements are coming soon.
More than just speaker sessions
Many sessions will include live Q&As, giving attendees the chance to engage directly with speakers and get real-time insights.
In addition to expert-led sessions, attendees can network in a dedicated virtual lounge and explore the exhibit hall featuring brands like GoDaddy, Omnisend, and WP Engine. Exclusive deals, interactive product demos, and prize giveaways will also be on offer.
The summit will once again be hosted by Peleg, Focus WP co-founder Stephanie Hudson, and open-source advocate Robert Jacobi, who recently stepped into the CEO role at Black Wall.
Peleg believes the event is more than a learning opportunity—it’s a catalyst for change. “We’re giving agencies the playbook—directly from the people pushing the boundaries,” he said. “Especially in the WordPress space, where things evolve fast, this Summit acts as a yearly reset and recharge. It’s where the next wave of agency growth starts.”
